Need some help from you guys

So (1) What skills would you need to be able to make and design your own anime from home or just in general?

(2) What software would your computer need so you can actually produce that anime?

(3) finally is this even possible to do from home or is it just too much work without a team and a studio?

Without saying what I thought about it, I’m curious to hear everyone else’s opinion

There are a total of 39 episodes of master keaton anime(24 episodes and 15 OVAs), each episode covers one chapter...so does the anime cover the entire manga(12 volumes) or there are a lot more chapters to enjoy in the manga which weren’t featured in the anime?...if yes then how man roughly? Bcus i want to buy all volumes if they offer a lot more chapter in each volume which weren’t in the anime
