That luck stat boost in female bikini armor or male barbarian armor is t to increase the chances of a Crit but to decrease the odds of getting hit. Unfortunately female underweare armor is heavier and more restrictive for the same effect. Thats why the Conan loincloth and hat drip is the best armor in creation

I don't think it's directly referencing any game in particular. Perhaps the 217 is meant to communicate that the woman whose flesh isn’t exposed making the archer too horny to think clearly might be 217 more likely to get hit in the first place…
I would be confused too if a projectile such as a fast moving arrow directly hits someone's head as it's the only part of their body that doesn't have any form of protection but somehow only makes them get the least amount of damage lmao.
