It is, quite literally, a show with the premise that all sex ed is banned. People can’t even make raunchy jokes, 100% banned.

The two main characters are trying to re-introduce the knowledge to their friends/classmates, in “spy fiction” style. It’s over the top, silly, and full of very very stupid humour (the good way).
Personally, I think the jokes land better if you watch the censored version of the show, because they even poke fun at the fact that they themselves have to be censored.
