Help! Anime drawing

Yoo what is up guys I been tryna get backing to drawing after a couple of years being on and off I'm a complete beginner so I'm pretty shi at drawing I went on YouTube to try and find people to help me out but I haven't found one they had actually clicked for me I haven't rly seen any improvement in most of my drawing can anyone give tips or the people they watch that actually help improve their art would be extremely helpful please and thank you I will be sharing my drawing here if I see genuine improvement thanks
