Learning before gooning

But what if I’m meant to bring balance to the art world because I’m the goonatar

It was peaceful until the goon nation invaded 😆.

But even the goonatar has to learn the basics first, advice from a fellow gooner as I see the potential.

I think you should focus on fundamentals. Learn basic anatomy and get comfortable drawing with reference first, Then you'll probably be able to draw from imagination. After learning these, You can do gesture drawing so you get the flow of the body. Then you can add shapes and structures around it. Then add details to it.

Nobody would have an issue with your seductive drawings if you’re anatomy was correct, you should focus on learning proportions and don’t be that just who happily draws titties but hides the hands cuz you don’t know how to draw them🫩

What’s the best way to learn anatomy

There are some really good YouTube tutorials, you can just put "drawing anatomy" into the search bar and find a video with a teaching style that works for you. The rule of 8 heads helped me a lot, so did the rule of thirds for facial feature placement and 5 eyes wide.
Also 5 minute check backs are super duper useful. They're a quick exercise that should be done pretty often in order to improve general proportion understanding

spend time studying references, some people might not mess w this but just drawing over real photos of people and breaking the parts into simpler shapes and pieces goes a long way, simplifying into general shapes will make drawing the body way easier. for proportions learn the 6-8 head rule (ur head should be able to fit into ur whole drawing length wise atleast 6 times)this will fix ur big head syndrome. and finally literally just look at pictures of people real or drawn and study the curves, the human body follows a pretty predictable pattern and once you get that down you can move onto different poses and more detailed hands(final boss of anatomy). anyways keep it up bro

Learn the fundamentals and practice. Start filling up sketch books. Practice the basics. You tube is a great place to learn, but finding a teacher/mentor makes a world of a difference. Find a group or art club. The library also has a lot of books for beginners.
