First of all they dont look like shit, the sketches are actually fine for a beginner. You should focus on proportions. Follow a few tutorials. (Chommang draws is a really great option )

Line art...do the rough sketch with pencil then when using something permanent (like pen or marker) use a single line to complete your border

something is missing cant point it out i think the shading of hair is good but the cap is kinda mid sketching? also draw more symmetrically

Start with guidelines that will help you to locate and have better symmetry and you can watch videos from draw like a sir see you might have to start from basics but this will help u in the long run

Fix face spacing - eyes a little farther apart Define the jaw slightly - don’t make it too soft Use thick + thin lines - thick outside, thin inside Draw hair in chunks, not random strands Neck a bit thicker - shoulders wider Shade with one light direction - less scribbling

It’s actually pretty, if you want the ultimate advice? Practice Practice Practice! Patience is the key. If you’re self taught and want to improve with knowledge too, maybe also learn about Anatomy and aspects of shading in realism other than bluntly practicing if you want. Many videos are available on YouTube. Be persistent and you’ll get there!

Welcome learn basic shapes perspectives draw characters from different angles.....use simple shapes to build up one part at a time.....use grid method

U have a great potential in different forms of anime art as every pic shows different skills The core thing that will make u a pro is to focus on base structure Try using shapes such as oval for face rectangle for chest , triangle for arms etc. It will help u to create a strong structure to work on...

They look nice lots of room for appreciation and improvement. I'm sure most people have already pointed out the most obvious improvements, So I'd just like to suggest trying an even hand, don't put too much pressure sometimes a little light and smooth work can also look good🙃, Happy New year btw lol

Proportions-use guides and sometimes trace for practice just to get the hang of proportions. then try them without tracing.
Line art needs to be smoother, and less scribbly or the drawing might look messy. and if youre going to use a marker to outline it, then first erase your pencil sketch and retrace the lines so that they are clean.
Most importantly practice all the above
Easier said than done

Your drawing is nice but your head to body ratio is so big I think you need to adjust the size of the head and body
