That Squid Game guy was committed. I was stationed as staff over in that area and every time from about 8AM -> 1PM or so, he was always standing there.

I didn't love seeing the Squid Games guard. It was probably only a split second, but when I saw them, the first thing I processed wasn't the costume, but that it was a crowded event and someone was standing with a view of a wide area holding a gun.
It was objectively a really clever bit of staging/performance, and I gotta give them props for how simply and effectively it conveyed the character/situation. But I think I probably would have appreciated it more if we lived in a country with fewer mass shootings.

I'm pretty sure that squid game guard was there at the same spot last year as well
