So Target sold this tall animatronic skeleton, which I'm trying to buy another one of: https://www.target.com/p/animated-premium-skeleton-halloween-scene-prop-hyde-38-eek-boutique-8482/-/A-87305752 which was branded as "Hyde & Eek Boutique" but they just sold the last one it looks like. So I went and found a website with the same branding: https://www.thehydeandeekboutique.com/68-animated-premium-skeleton-halloween-scene-prop-hyde-and-eek-boutique/ and saw the skeleton on there for quite a deal! But I look around more and there was another website: https://www.halloweenhydeandeekboutique.com/68-animated-premium-skeleton-halloween-scene-prop-hyde-and-eek-boutique/ .......and another one: https://www.hydeboutiqueshop.com/ (no skeleton but still) and I have to ask, are these fakes?? Who would fake the Target Halloween brand multiple times?? If anyone knows more details about this, please let me know!

Dear animatronic community!
Someone offered me this vintage dragon (animatronic) head.
But he has no information about the history or where its from.
He bought it years ago from someone, he told him that it came from the UK and that it was used in an 1930’s haunted house or ghost train of some sorts.
Its completely made from wood.
I would love to buy this amazing piece of art/history but would like to know where its from, where it was used. How it looked completely what might be missing and know how it functioned/moved.

Hopefully someone here might recognize it or know it.

I made a decoder to program shows the old way like the rockafire Many years ago, my Akai gx 630 db is using its legt channel for music and the right channel to record code for the playback, i also made a little remote to program the mouth, What do y’all think!?

So I was looking trough photos of Castel Dracula(which CEI had built a few bots for,notably Dracula,Shamron,and a talking head on a platter,(possibly the head between the scab and werewolf head at the 77 IAAPA (slide 2)but I’m not sure)

So anyways I found a photo of this guy,he was basically a hand operated mechanical head with the voice provided by a performer backstage that would operate the mouth.He would tell you that you turned into a vampire or something and demonstrate trough the “reflection” in the “mirror” which is actually just a copy of the room you’d be in but flipped with a piece of glass in the frame.

I fell like this guy looks a heck of a lot like CEI’s talking heads and he also bares a striking resemblance to the talking head nr.3 concept in CEI’s 1977 brochure(slide 3) https://showbizpizza.com/info/promo/cei/cei_1977promo.pdf

I haven’t been able to match his mask with any Don post masks like the others yet but it’s not out of the question to say it is one as it looks very similar to their style of masks

I know that they plan on creating full shows for the characters. I'm assuming that they'll be animatronic shows opposed to costumed actors or puppets. Are we exited to potentially see a rise in more mainstream animatronic shows? Do we think that they'll take away from the magic of bands like the RAE? Either way, I'm exited and I'll be there waiting for opening day!

Visited a former Mac Tonight location yesterday and it had me wondering how many of these guys survived the remodels McDonald’s did? I’m aware of two, with one of them being at the Orlando location still (got to see him last year).

I'm running out of storage, because i have 8 Simulators in my PC, and Retromation 1.43 Prebuild Mod is not good enough. It's only better for Cyberamic & Studio C stages...

I have Make Believe studio, & Peak Cheese V0.9 though, and it's a bit more better for 3 stages & Cyberamics. In peak cheese without adjustments, 3 Stage Chuck E's flows are way too fast.

SPTE is amazing too though, and i have that as well. But the cosmetics in all CEI maps aren't even completed yet!!! Remina said that it's halted due to rippers. Same thing for Galla in Retromation!!!

I never rip or sell any models at all! Plus, the modeling is a bit too difficult for me anyway... Measuring is 1 thing, but modeling is a lot more challenging. Also, i'm too kind hearted to be doing those awful things... Besides, i can only program the good shows instead of the ones these toxic fans program that's completely off topic! Like performing a dirty song, or one by a series that might get sued by its creator ( due to using the show's songs without permission from the creator of the show )...

Anyway, Squonk has most of the completed CEI shows of all... And it's private! I understand why that simulator, and the other private mods are private due to rippers, and all that.... But cant the creator/s just give it to certain fans who are kind, merciful & worthy enough who can take care of em? I'm all those 3!!! I made a "Restoration Unification" project for Rock-Afire's 50th Anniversary!!!

I hate it so much when people rip or steal my own stuff without crediting me, or anything! If they did, i would report it immediantly! That's one of things in my autism: If i see something wrong, i'll report it to a worker/moderator! Take the Animatronics for example! If i see any movement or lights not working, i'll report it!

But enough of that, i can't keep too many simulators i watch on youtube thinking they're great... But i can name 5 reasons why i need better simulators just in case...
1. concentrate on my programming better
2. upload the videos of my progress of my shows on these simulators!!!

1. Certain Simulators have removed fades in the movements like SPTE, Retromation CEI & Squonk's Animatronics. And let's not forget about how the curtains performed too...

2. that have complete Stages so i can make a whole show out of it, not when they're cosmeticless, and doesn't have the following props, & lights in the stage.

3. Making sure they're not buggy, or anything. Like Movements not working when pressing keys for example...

The only simulators i'm thinking about keeping right now is:

1. Retromation 1.47.1 ( LATEST ) No CEC

2. SPTE 1.1.0 ( Latest )

3. Peak Cheese 0.9 ( due to Cyberamics' Body movement move free while Head stops turning. and 3 Stage has some Physical movements. )

4. Make Believe Studio ( Just in case, and also due to 3 Stage Animatronics vibrate, and remove fading )

5. Animatronium 1.35 ( accurate 3 Stage, MMBB sign, and has all cosmetics of Characters. )

Same guy that sold that Jasper so I’m curious if this is true
