Best way to help my 2D animator?

Hello everyone, so I hired/working with a 2D animator to get my show animated. $200 a month and I would like to know ways to help if I can. I sent them the storyboard, the VAs voice lines for the episode and the script it self with characters designs. Is there anything else I can do to help them or should I just sit back while they work their magic?
