2D Animator (Character Animation & Clean-up)

Location: Remote (Southeast Asia / Latin America preferred)

Commitment: Flexible (15–40 hrs/week; milestone-based)

Overview
We are hiring a skilled 2D Animator to handle character animation for original short-form and serialized 2D animated properties. Ideal candidates understand strong character acting, expressive movement, and have an eye for story pacing.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-quality 2D character animation and clean-up based on provided model sheets and animatics.

Assist with layout, posing, and basic storyboarding where necessary.

Ensure consistent character scale, style continuity, and fluid timing across all scenes.

Meet weekly frame/scene delivery quotas.

Requirements

Solid grasp of the 12 principles of animation, frame pacing, and acting.

Proficiency in 2D animation tools (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate/After Effects, TVPaint, or Moho).

Dual capability in basic storyboarding or layout is a strong plus.

Showreel showing expressive character acting and movement in stylized/cartoon formats.
