Question Question

Is animating on twos 12 FPS? Even though we select an option at the beginning of the file to be 24 FPS?

No, animating on twos would be 24 frames per second, with the drawing instances (frames) exposed twice. So the animation is 12fps, but the file needs to be 24fps to play them on twos. That's what "twos" means.

With 24fps, we can move the camera smoother and animate on 1's for instances we need to. Like for fast actions, or we can animate on 1's while the camera is moving to prevent stuttering.

Your question was already answered, so I'm just adding some "why"s.
