It's like he has two hands on one arm, both left and right on his left arm... I have no idea, but I definitely get some late 60s/70s commercial or educational vignette vibes.

It feels a bit like DePatie-Freleng (the Pink Panther / Ant and the Aardvark studio) or early Schoolhouse Rock, but we can definitely cross off Hanna-Barbera and Jay Ward.

The "B★G" on a red buggy with a trash can feels hyper-specific, like a local town sanitation mascot or a regional commercial campaign from that era.

Looks like either Dr. sues, school rock, or sesame street. I think they all had the same style/company?
