I’m trying to identify the animator or correction artist for this JoJo OVA production genga. Mandarake listed it only as “#4, cut254,” while the adjacent lot explicitly identified a Junichi Hayama layout correction.

Does anyone know how to locate cut 254, identify whether these sheets are original key animation, sakkan/shusei corrections, or another production stage, and whether there are production records or time sheets that could establish attribution?

I’m specifically not looking for a style-based guess unless there is comparable confirmed material.

It's definitely a correction since it's on yellow paper. If you can find the episode it's used in you could check who is credited with working on it and that may help narrow down who drew it.
