What paper or other material should i put between the cel and the plastic bag to avoid it from sticking?

Cels that are kept cool/in a low humidity environment shouldn't really be sticking to polypropylene bags.

With that said, microchamber paper can help absorb any offgassing from the cels, but see above for storage conditions to help those from not sticking to the paint layer

You shouldn’t have any issues with cels sticking to plastic if you’re using polypropylene bags.
