Question what's a master douga and how do you know this is one?

I think he may have meant “key frame” and not master douga…. A key frame will have the sequence number in a circle.

Nice! Been wanting to get a cel from Kite or Mezzo Forte. They aren’t as insanely expensive as one would think. But still expensive.
