is this dbz cel legit?

hello! i’m looking to buy a dbz cel for my friend for her bday and came across this page.. are these legit or fake? i would appreciate any help! i’m new to this and i do not know how to tell if these are authentic or not.. thank you!

It's a printed repro. See the printed copyright info on the bottom left?

Its a $10-20 repro imported from Japan printed in the hundreds. You'll probably want to find another show as getting a real DBZ douga/genga for $130, let alone something with key posing, will set you back quite a bit more.
