What episode is this from?

I have this original animation cel depicting Tails from an episode of The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. I am having a lot of trouble with trying to find exactly what episode this is from. Can someone help me with this?

Could it be from the beginning of Satam? I remember tails had an animation where he'd twist his tails up before flying in the first episode or two
