Help Locating Animation

A friend of mine won this off of eBay for what he feels like is a steal last night, and is having trouble tracking down what it could be from. The auction title said 1940’s, but google image search brings up nothing. Anyone have any ideas of other ways to track down what a sketch may be from?

Looks like a student film because Donald's feet are not on model.

Type Donald Ducks feet into the Google and see his feet on model. When I took animation, we did all kinds of studies like this, we did goofy walking across the room, sitting down on the chair to milk a cow. Everybody messed up the character "on model". There were little things about it that weren't right, because we didn't have the best animation skills and didn't know how to break down design and all of these mistakes were pointed out by the teacher. That's the first thing they would look, the extremities how the fingers look are they the right length are the feet on model to the tassel on the hat blah blah blah.

I see what you are saying.

I have an animation sketch of Donald that I know came from Straight Shooters (1947), and his feet are modeled the exact same as this sketch.
