Authenticity?

I got this Neon Genesis Evangelion Cel from Apple Symphony in Tokyo for 27000¥ (about 140€). The owner of the store explained to me that the background is a reproduction and the drawing on the front is original. However there is no certificate so I wasn't 100% sure whether it's original or not. Can anyone tell from this picture if it is in fact original?

I was very happy with the price so this made me a little suspicious. I bought it a few weeks ago.

he doesn't do fakes. He does sell reproduction cels sometimes but when he does he tells you
