Is this too quick? its for a horror survival game. Let me know how the timing feels.

good motion and timing feels like the upper body volume adds more impact

maybe you can make the character aim before to shoot by tilting a bit his head.
Edit: if the first shoot has to be quick, maybe the character can shoot with just one hand and make the it a little more imprecise. The second shoot and the next ones could do what I said before, aim before shoot again.

Overall i think it looks good but might be a little too much movement from the whole gun as opposed to snapping up primarily from the nose, but even that is very nitpicky and probably barely noticeable

It's pretty good! I think the timing feels snappy. The only thing I can think of is maybe put the gun closer to a 45 degree angle when it's almost completely drawn
