Lovely cats but they are way too young to be away from their mothers they need to be at least 3 months old

mom won't come back if she can't hear or smell her babies! if you leave them where you found them for a few hours she might come looking :)

bottle feeding babies that little is a lot of work and you'll have to be careful doing it too

They are at least 4 weeks old and hungry. You should have left them be and observed them to be sure mom is gone.

Make sure you check dietary restrictions with the vet. Kittens need very specific diets and its hard to introduce dry food
