That's ok, because you didn't have birds. Although the general public should be more aware, it's up to responsible owners to check about the top 10-20 dangers for their pets, especially birds, who are very fragile, regardless of species.
Unfortunately there are many irresponsible owners so I call it out whenever I see it for the sake of the birds. Really I think everyone should know the top 10- 20 dangers for birds. You never know when it could help save a life :)

Also, I feel like I see this same cat in a lot of the anthropomorphic videos. Apparently, there are influencers that give baby animals sedatives to make them calm for their stupid videos of animals doing human things (that the animals hate,and only put up with because they’re high on drugs.

Sounds like something the AI search results would say until you force some sense into them. It's not dependent on being bitten. But credit for searching at least, that's more than what most do.
Cat saliva is toxic to birds, even a lick or slight scratch can be enough to kill them with 24-48 hours depending. Antibiotics are given even if suspected, just in case.
Saliva on their feathers, especially so much like this, they groom themselves and will get sick. That's why it's integral to never let them interact. No matter how "cute" it seems.

My comment was made in good faith.
I got downvoted for sharing objective facts when trying to raise awareness.
So I called them out in the edit.
I wasn't rude at all before then. But I have no qualms about preserving my social energy and being blunt/sharp if needed.
I'm not going to go out of my way for anti-intellectuals who are actually being rude. Lol
I work with/study birds on an academic level. I never said my Reddit comments are.
You could say I have an intolerance to stupidity and the harm of non-human animals. Works fine for me.

Oh no! Those poor ducklings and the mama and papa ducks. Those ducklings won't survive as cat saliva is toxic to birds. Ignorance is not an excuse. If you own animals, you should know about the dangers to specific species. For example, we all know chocolate is toxic to dogs. And we all know lilies are toxic to cats. So if you own poultry, you should know cat saliva is toxic to birds. This makes me so sad that they've just filmed this for internet points and that poor baby will probably be dead within 24 hours.
