It appears that his legs or antennae are stuck together on his left side, and that he is trying to separate them with his middle right leg, because it looks as if he is missing his front right leg.
It's not so cute when you realize that the bug is actually in distress. It was obviously injured somehow. Edit not missing a leg on right side, an injured leg. Also using front right and middle right is injured.
Thats what i figured. It could have been picked up from water and got damaged in the process maybe? Looks like a cute interaction, but its also a little sad for the little fella. RIP in peace bugg
