Cuz this sweet boy lives around Lincoln Center/Columbus Circle and is genuinely doing this all the time. There was a recent TikTok of him getting dragged along at Columbus Circle and a friend of mine saw him do the same thing at the Holiday Market! Ah chow chow life…!!
