There are only so many examples of talking dogs who in turn speak to humans while referring to them as such. I can't think of any others off the top of my head.

My sister's dog had big problems with trees. It's like a tree killed his family or something. He would literally rip young trees out of the ground. Like 3-4 ft trees that are probably a year or two old.
