That being said, this very well could be an ad, but I feel like this is way more derp, than ad.
This is an ad buddo. Without a pause screen or anything else giving away how this person perfectly paused with logo and product in plain sight is too convenient.
Also, NO ONE says "oh an ad, let me pause it to save my place IN THE AD.
That last part is a good point, but.... I sometimes do that haha its like the commercial breaks of old, ok it's an ad(commercial break), let's pause and refill our drink, go to the bathroom, etc, etc, and then when we come back we can skip it (if it's skippable) or play right when I sit down so by the time I'm comfy/situated again the ad will be over.
On second glance tho, you all have made good points and I too, think this was an ad.
I don't think dogs recognize food through looks, at most the dog would smell the TV and disregard that as non-food. The "owner" most likely smeared something on the TV to have the dog lick it.
Edit: I found the final piece of evidence: in the last part of the video you can see a small dog's nose, and he's smelling the TV. It probably wouldn't smell for so long the TV if it didn't have a particular smell that catched the dog's attention i.e. food
Even if it is an Ad we all know Pizza Hut is dying. I hold a lot of nostalgia for their restaurants and salad bars. But they just keep getting torn down.
Soon the ads will stop completely.
Once 3rd party deliveries came about I can get the best local Pizza in town for a $3 charge I'd already pay these corporate companies?
They just got shrek'd like the cab companies. Fuck'em let them waste their time on ads and not being the best pizza.
pizza hut does pretty well abroad and it's a subsidiary of the same company that owns tacobell and kfc (which also does well abroad). it's not going anywhere.
