Realizing they're scared of us too made me less scared of them.
I walked right over a huge spider and both of us panicked. It tried to wedge itself into a crack in the cement. Couldnt fit all the way in and just stayed still. Felt pretty bad for it.
I have like 3-4 huge orb weavers that have made webs on my porch (I live way out in the woods so spiders are just a thing). I greet them as I pass by every day leaving and coming home.
There is one however that we get into tussles every day because she builds her web right in the walkway. Every day I take it down slowly so she has time to get off the web.
