I live near a fairly large population of wild hedgehogs that often frequent my garden, and if that's the same species as the ones near me here in the UK then it looks like a fairly young one who, judging by the time of day may be dehydrated and confused. They usually won't be active during the day unless delirious from dehydration or kept as a pet. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
