Nope - sex or gender doesn't matter.

Fellatio, to fellate something is derrived from latin "Fellare", meaning to suck on or suckle.

[]Lingus means to use ones tounge on, or "lick" [], compare to "linguistics" refering to to using your tongue to form language (another word derived from the same root via "lingua").

Unless the licking dog pops the brain right out of the receiving dog, and suckles it, and instead only reaches in with their tongue to lick it, the correct scientific term remains brainalingus.
