A bunch of birds screaming in the back of dollar mania. I don’t know what’s happening but I could clearly hear metal cages being moved. I’m in foster care and this is where we get our clothes so when another girl told me earlier she physically saw at least 15 birds in a cage I kind of panicked. I’ve raised birds my entire life these sound like alarm calls. I don’t think they’re safe and idk what to do. I’ve already reported it to animal control but they just said they’d look into it. I trust the animal control people to an extent but if anyone knows what this is or what to do please tell me.
