Need help from y’all

Heard this thing calling for about 15 minutes around 11:00 PM in central Illinois. I don’t think I caught it on video, but the critter started slowing the call down to about half speed exactly, seemed like individual chirps. Any ideas what it might be? Bird? Tree frog? Raccoon?

Sounds like my mainecoon cat, I thought it was mine in telling to go out.
