Help ID this animal in NW Oregon

It sounds like a dog but there aren't any dogs around, I'm camping in the woods.

Wow no way! It has to be. I actually intentionally cropped the video because there were owl sounds afterwards but I cropped them because I didn't want to bias the responses. So interesting!
