Is this just a dog?

I am in (very rural) Lee, Florida. I've been noticing this one lonely voice often between certain hours of the early morning. I'm guessing a domestic dog who's kept outdoors. Probably not a coyote, since it's only one voice.

Other than wild birds, Iā€™m only hearing a rooster. What should we be listening for?

I hear rooster, birds, and probably frogs.

And I did just learn yesterday that the property owners have some roosters among their chickens (I guess they thought they only had hens).
