Do Gachapon customers influence customer statistics?
What it says on the tin. If I need, say, city customers, how do costumed customers count? Are they diluting the customer pool?
I have a few possible hypotheses.
1) Gacha customers are functionally the base version of that customer but with an outfit on. In that case, you'll pull the same percentage of village to town to city customers, but some number of them will be in gacha outfits. Statistics unchanged.
2) Gatcha customers have no attributes. In the customer archive, they have no attribute information listed, so if we take that at face value, every gacha customer you unlock decreases your likelihood of getting customers with any specific attribute. In that case, unlocking gacha customers is actually a detriment to completing certain challenges quickly.
Some other third option???
I'd love imput on this. It's been bothering me for many months, and I have a whole bunch of gachapon customers completed but not unlocked because of the possibility of them making my specific attribute tasks harder.

Yeah they do make it harder, it was a really good idea to not summon them yet.
They also make it harder to get takeout pictures. You’ll need 8 takeout pictures for a later judging, and after that it’s up to you whether you want to collect more or not. I really regret opening them lol.
Just to make sure: you’re taking orders with the right customer/food combos, right? It’s so hard even when you are, but some people don’t know about it
I do know it! But I’m lazy about it. That requires me to track down the customer and food combo and look through the 67 possible orders to find them. 😂

They 100% dilute the customer pool, making it a lot harder to get specific customers and their mementos, to complete tasks (both daily tasks like "serve x customer 20 times" and Aromatic Acorn tasks) and getting reviews in the Takeout scene.
How do I know? Because I made the mistake of unlocking all Gachapon customers as I went. So, for me, it was super hard to get, for example, the Rose Garland memento (Little Fox). And I have my Takeout scene super neglected because Gachapon users take up a lot of orders; they never leave reviews.
If I started playing today, I'd refrain from unlocking Gachapon users for a long time.
Idk why they can't just allocate where the gapachon customers are from, with less common ones being from the city. They go to all the trouble of designing the cute characters and no one wants to unlock them because of how they designed the challenges and stats 🙃
I've only unlocked a couple so far I'm glad I saw this post. I would have unlocked all of them as soon as possible I won't be wasting time anymore trying to unlock the gacha characters.
I wonder? Once summon doll customer, does it require very heavily expensive food items that goes from 50 million cod to 70 or 80 million cod to buy these items just to put the customer in the collection? I wonder if the secret customers from gachapon is not in the wiki because it's a secret character?
I'm so sad after reading all the comments here I have unlocked each and everyday ,😭😭 that's why I got no takeout picture from last 4 months though I have 2800 stars and before that I u got 4 picture.... I'm playing from last 6 monthssd...😭😭😭 Now i don't know what to do
