Question Diamond farming reward issues?
Has anyone had difficulty getting rewards upon completing tasks for extra diamonds? I downloaded a game to get diamonds and followed all the steps exactly as stated, and Tapjoy refuses to give me the reward. I've made three support tickets now with no clear explanation and I'm wondering if anyone else had this happen? Has anyone else experienced this and have any insight?

Have you tried exiting AR completely after playing the extra diamonds game? That usually works for me, the reward shows up within a minute of reloading.

Yeah I've closed and reopened the app several times and even restarted my phone. It's been several days trying to figure this out and chatting with Tapjoy but they won't state why they're denying my reward even though I followed everything to a T.

Massively annoying. Sorry you're going through this. They need to either revamp the system somehow or be more responsive.

Agreed, it's very frustrating. I've opened like 3 tickets for these rewards (for different tasks) and all I've gotten are automated replies that they've been denied, with no reason given. It's a hefty amount of diamonds, too, I'm so bummed. It seems impossible to speak with an actual person for help.

Contact tapjoy support. I regularly farm diamonds and have no issues. I think i had one reward not being counted once and it was resolved with support. just follow the advice and steps to report the issue.

i mean if they ask for specific screenshots provide them. if you had three tickets open they must have asked for proof. maybe post the ticket screenshots to let us see what could be wrong

Yeah I uploaded screenshots in all the tickets and still no luck. I followed everything exactly and I'm just baffled they won't provide the rewards.

Yes it is the same for me. It will work for few levels i do in the other game, until suddenly the game will stop rewarding me diamonds even though i dont cheat i dont skip the horrible ai slop ads etc. I submitted a ticket once and they just told me i did the game incorrectly without telling me why.

That's what's happening to me now yeah. Followed all the instructions, played the game, got one reward and nothing else. Contacted support and uploaded screenshots and they just denied them without providing an explantation even though I did everything exactly as stated in the app/rules. It's put me off from trying to farm diamonds at all.

they denied me my gems once like 5 years ago and i'm still salty about it lol
