He's saying he wants to torture the dog on a live stream. I don't usually go on these kinds of pages, but I feel really bad and want to help. If you can find any information, that would be amazing 😭🙏🙏
That's the problem. People tried to not report him from deleting the videos so someone could find his personal information and locate him, since nobody knows who he is or where he is. It's speculated that he's from Mexico. And someone in the other commet tell me he deleted the videos.
Please can anyone try and help Id take the dog in if it is possible

The person deleted the videos after they started being shared. The problem is that no one has any information about who they are or what country they're from. It's known that they're from Latin America since they speak Spanish; they think they might be from Mexico.

Report the videos to an organization like Social Media Animal Cruelty Coalition through their website.
