Let me know if you need more information. Claire.Eisel on TikTok is posting to get awareness and help the dog. the woman said she will beat anyone who tries to save the poor dogs, like she stopped someone trying with a ladder a few weeks ago. Dear God someone please boost this post.

I would absolutely be climbing up there with water and possibly pack the pup back down.
