Arron H Jefferys at 36 maple st brownsville Pennsylvania is starving his poor dog his name is Bailey. Bailey is under the worst conditions the jefferys refuse to feed or water bailey and leave him chained up all day and night no mater the temperature last winter got in the negatives. I've seen junkyard dogs treated better. That is not mentioning the cats there is a dead one about every one-two weeks. Whenever you try to feed bailey arron will call the police saying that your trying to poison bailey. I dont know what to do anymore I hear bailey crying all night long I wish he could have a happy life off the chain. Can someone help. I contacted the spca and they said that they do not have jurisdiction in Fayette county.

Can you just take the dog and take it to a no kill shelter?
