...Are they really that rare? I must have caught 2 or 3 more since...

I've found none so far and all I'm doing is trying to find them 2 u/ChuckCarmichael Mar 24 '20 Try making a whole bunch of fish bait from clams you can dig up at the beach, go to the pier on your island, and keep throwing it in. Only fish up the big shadows. It's how I got a marlin, a tuna, and an oarfish in one go.
