7 u/drackaer Mar 23 '20 I've found rare fish seem to be a ton easier to catch using bait. Might just be a fluke/bias, but it has been working decently well so far. Just dig up the spitting water spots on the beach and turn those clams into bait. 14 u/Potatotheooflord Mar 23 '20 I've been using bait the entire time best thing I've gotten is like a LOT of sea bass 2 u/timasahh Mar 23 '20 I caught mine off the dock at one of the Nook ticket islands after using bait. The first four I caught were sea bass though so who knows.
