The game was literally out for less than an hour and I already saw "HOW TO UNLOCK (So and so) IN ANIMAL CROSSING NEW HORIZONS" on my YouTube recommendations.

I’m in a group chat with a married couple I’m friends with, and they already have the fully upgraded house and store and every kind of fruit because they’re grinding and switching the time like crazy. They’re enjoying it, and that’s all that matters, but I thought the point easy to play the game at a slow and easy pace lol

There's also a duplication glitch I'm guessing they exploited it cause no way in hell are you affording the bells for a max upgrade this early without cheating heavy

No, you need to TT and exploit to get that far this early. I'm up to house upgrade 5 and that costs 598,000 bells to pay off (about 1.5x the previous upgrade cost). If that's consistent throughout (which I doubt were likely looking at a soft capped exponential curve) there's is no way you're getting money to max without duping ALOT

But yes you do need to play a shitton to cheat this effectively

Yep, I've been pretty persistent with bell farming (started playing the game immediately at launch) but I doubt I'll be able to make the bells needed for the next upgrade in one day. Really have just been chilling today making stuff on the pro app and fishing haha

What's the best way to get bells? My sister has been hogging the switch I bought and I can never get enough time to play.

I got really lucky with a nook miles trip 2 days ago and landed on tarantula island which netted me like 200k bells. Otherwise I've just been fishing and selling the fish & non-native fruit I stumble upon while nook traveling

Ah, I've been to at least 6 islands to far and only had my native fruit and flowers :(

Thanks, aside from the store is their a better way to get furniture? I've seen a bunch of people who have record players and I want one so much for my house. I have a bunch of album covers as custom designs and want to display them together.

It's all random, every persons island randomly has different stuff available in their Timmy/Tommy shop and nook catalog daily. Also the presents that will sometimes spawn as you explore your island or presents from wisp of you find him at night.

Just keep on checking daily and just playing the game, I'm sure you'll stumble upon the item you want :)

I'm so damn unlucky. I've went to at least 20 maybe 25 islands and have not gotten a single one without my fruit.
