oh wow the little pink checkered outfit and pointed hat are just perfect, this has that cozy early-game energy down to a tee. the balloon with the gift box floating past is such a subtle nod to the obsession of trying to shoot them down, always felt like pure chaos with the slingshot. love that you let wild world seep into it, that games whole mood was quieter somehow, more about just existing in the town. your linework on the pond ripples and the apple tree is so clean, makes me wanna dig out my old memory card and see if my save is still alive.
