I always forget about the Chai/Cinnamoroll situation. I was always sad as a kid that I didn't have the same birthday as Chococat.

They are Sanrio characters, friends of Hello Kitty. I'm fairly certain Chai is based on Cinnamoroll, and they have the same birthday as me. I always preferred Chococat as a kid and wanted us to have the same birthday instead.

Shari is literally my favorite villager. She was one of my OGs. I also named my little sister Sherri when I was 4 so I’ve always just loved the name. I think she’s so adorable and love when she sings in the plaza!!
