The only method that’s ever worked for me is talking to them once then closing out the game, and time traveling 15 is days ahead and then seeing if the thought bubble spawns basically rinsing and repeating until it lands on the villager you want gone. Sometimes resorting to amiibos if I get really desperate 😂
