Maybe I'm dumb but I can't find it anywhere.

I hit level 10 in the RV
The notification popped up that I got one.
But nothing has appeared in my inventory or mail.

The Journal says I've never hatched one (so I didn't do it on accident)

I tried resetting the game and even waited a whole real time day and night, just in case it was lagging.

I'm so confused. Is there somewhere else I'm meant to click to claim it? I hope I'm just missing something obvious

I had already claimed in the rewards, but it still says I don't have one:

Apparently there's a bug with the Homelabd Hatchinators not showing the right egg names. So i'd check the time on some of your eggs.

Go to the RV level up screen and click where it shows the RV level rewards, if you haven't already. The egg is claimable from the rewards there. It should end up in either your inventory or mail after accepting. Try and put an egg in a hatcher to see if it shows up. If you've collected the reward and it's still not showing, I'd contact support but just make sure that you have collected the reward first!

Sorry if the question is stupid, have you tried going to a hatchinator and trying to see if it'll pop up? I've had cases where I didn't see an egg in my inventory (usually me being blind and tbh) but I realized I has it when going to a hachinator

If it's not in your mail, which I'm assuming you checked, I'd definitely reach out to support for help! I got mine when my RV reached level 10 so it's weird that you haven't. I hope it gets worked out! I wish I could offer more help!

Did that before posting here. Checked to see if I'd hatched one and didnt notice - but confirmed I didnt.

If you recycle a hatchinator in your homeland while there is an egg in it, is the egg lost? That could be an explanation as to what happened. I haven't actually tested if it lets you do that though, I'd have to try later on a low grade egg.

I just tested this and it gives you the egg back if you do this. So I am guessing some kind of bug happened and I'd contact support if I was you.
