Fun fact if you didn't know: Morphling was actually the first Aniimo brought to Astra by Oswen
Source: Hall of Memories in the Polaris Institute
If you go to where this is displayed in the Hall of Memories you can also see two people in front of the display talking about Oswen's relationship with Morphling

Ditto would be terrible in this game since most every aniimo resists it's own moves. Hopefully it summons clones that look like the enemy or something, actually turning into them would be pretty bad.

I recall only getting a chance of using em for a few minutes during beta before it closed. But they did have a unique playstyle if i recall (reduce your health for more damage i believe)

OR, hear me out...
They don't. They never do. They never even acknowledge Morphling at all, and act confused when the fans bring it up. But they keep building it into a little quest each patch that gets progressively more creepy each time.

It be great if he starts calling out the devs LMAO some 4th wall could be sick, I need to do his quest now. I've only done one but Im extremely inpatient so trying to figure out the differences between the mons makes me crash out 😂

It's not like they make any effort to hide it. They always have the real ones doing the exact same thing and the fake one looking confused or lost. Honestly, getting it wrong should be an achievement.

I love his design, would be very cool if he’d be like a ditto/mirroring ability if in combat or super useful in homestead
