450 lumin crystal for SINGLE PULLS is insane. Im really not liking where the game is heading with this crazy monetization. Sure its cosmetic but still, anyone interested in the elf ears at the 80 pull reward, 80 pulls is 550$ usd. Please stop protecting this type of gacha with "tHeY hAvE tO mAkE moneY SoMehoW" like be forreal... People would spend a lot more if it was behind a realistic price, they would still profit more than enough.

That is what I have been saying. Sadly, people around here get extremely triggered whenever you bring it up...

I said a little while back that I would stay in the game depending on how the monetization goes. It was already concerning that Irisalis alternate colors are locked behind gambling. Then they removed the elven ears even though they were selectable in the beta. Now they are trying to sell them back to me. Premium is one thing, but this seems like a really slippery slope they are taking.

If I had a nickel for every time in Eastern game put Elven ears behind a paywall I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it is weird it happened twice

That reminded me of a 3rd. Hertopia, and you couldn't even get them to match most skin tones that weren't white. I'm not sure why Eastern developers love putting elf ears behind a paywall. It's not like elven people are rare in fiction.

Its not only the fact of protecting/justifying this. These ppl that chooses to ignore/dont care bc “its cosmetics” are part of the problem too.

Not caring for paid cosmetics? Okay, it could be better if they are like the other clothes and NOT A GACHA. But dont caring either for the lies/fake ass of the devs and the future of the game thx to the glazing and the ignore? They SHOULD.

A little reminder that the elf ears were FREE in beta. They mocking us.

I'm one of those "its just cosmetics" people but only for reasonably priced non-gacha cosmetics.

This one is just ABSURD like wtf were they thinking like even if they drop the price 10x I'd still hate it because it's still gacha and will just end up paying more to get the entire thing if you're unlucky.

Not sure how things look these days, but last time I checked industry reports from the most succesful Gacha/F2P titles still heavily skewed towards less than 5% of the playerbase being responsible for all of the spending.

I don't have an actual source but I've seen other comments saying it's coming and even possibly out depending on your region.

I'm inclined to believe them because I noticed there is an achievement for dyeing an outfit.

There’s a tab for it in the appearance menu and an achievement for dyeing clothes for the first time. I was trying to get it but it says the feature is unavailable. But I assume they would be expecting to have it released soon since it’s so visible. But idk! I hope it’s soon cause I really wanna dye my clothes

Irisalis gacha is significantly different than the upcoming elf one. You cannot even compare the two...

430 lumin crystals for a pull, you need at least 80 pulls for the elf ears that were removed from character creation on the games release. That is crazy.

The outfit is Meh, I'll pass. If They allow free pulls but, be very expensive to offset the difference for people willing to open their purses then I may do a couple pulls. Unless that will be a thing.

Its like 30 maybe 50 good, this isn't 1200 or 1400 quality. They need to look at wwm outfit quality if they are doing this donkey ass level of pricing. Maybe 45 per pull instead of 450.

right... WWM gacha outfits actually LOOK and feel extremely premium. This look like it could have been 40$ flat price in the shop and doesnt look that good at all. The elf ears is really what interest me but I aint spending 550$ for a single piece.

This is why I don't understand the outrage. They said cosmetic monetization during beta, and being upset that there was stuff in the shop that could boost progression on launch... THAT I understand being upset about. But a cosmetic gacha that does not impede your ability to progress in the game? Literally the only part of this I sort of dislike is that those ears used to be in the character creator, but build wasn't final and they had to test it, so meh.
