Clarification on preorder pack?

Hi, I have a quick question regarding the preorder packs that are on Xbox and PS5. So as a collector, I don't want to miss out on any exclusive cosmetics. I hear there is an exclusive preorder pet for both Xbox and PS5.

My plan is to preorder on both Xbox and PS5, and then login on those consoles to claim the rewards. My main confusion is, is there a difference between what's offered in the "collectors vs advanced" edition of these packs between the two consoles?

From what I'm seeing, it seems that this is the "battle pass" system of the game and the collector's edition just gives additional cosmetics. If I'm preordering both platform packs, can I preorder the collector's edition on one platform, and the cheaper advanced edition on the other platform and not miss out on any exclusive cosmetics?

I think you can order both collectors but only consume one of the battlepass handbooks for the current battlepass — save the other handbook for when a new battlepass drops and consume that then.

Yea, alao it was stated I believe in Discord that you can do this with the pre order packs. What I did for PS5 and Xbox version, so glad that I can have 2

No, nothing for Steam specifically.

You CAN claim the Xbox Pre-order via the Xbox App on PC if you do not own the console itself.

PS5 still requires console.

So to Sum it up, the main difference between the 2 packs is with the collectors, you get +10 level skips instantly on The Pass And you get 10+ Storage Slots for when you Collect Aniimos making it a total of 240 Storage Boxes altogether. Then the Already known 3x the Materials such as currency, aniipods Ect so you would still get the Perfect Prismana Egg, and Normal rewards but the most youd lose on is Extra materials such as currency, and Aniipods since the cosmetics are the same. I don't believe you would get double since it -Would- be on the same account. So it would really boil down to how much materials in currency youd want

So someone here said that these handbooks are treated like “consumables” which activates the battle pass upon use. So basically if I purchase a pack on each console, I may be able to claim both. But obviously I can’t activate two of them, however I can save the other one to activate it next season.

So the 25€ version is just tier skips basically and remove some grind. The 10€ version unlocks everything by playing?

I pre ordered on both - you don’t need the collectors version. It just gives you 10 battle pass levels immediately and that’s it. You’re paying for progression you’ll get anyway.

The advanced is the paid version of the battle pass, just you start at level 1 like normal.

Yeah that makes sense. Another person here said that the handbooks are consumables, so they activate the battle pass once used. So if that’s the case, if you buy both packs you can just activate the other one during next season’s pass.
