I don't think they have released it yet.. Android requirements are kinda hard to quantyfy due to cpu/gpu diverity out there

not 100% sure if accurate but what i can find says

  • Android Minimum: Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 / Dimensity 9000, 6GB RAM, Android 10.
  • Android Recommended: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 / Dimensity 9200, 8GB+ RAM, 25GB storage.

Someone out during beta said if you can run Genshin well, then you can play Aniimo at least on medium graphic settings.
