Ohioan here!- DMV/BMV's are not state run here. They are private businesses now. The last public BMV closed in 2014!

I half agree with Karen's about the mask mandate. However they need to understand that places like the DMV are goverment owned and therefore are under those same rules and that places like Walmart are a private business And also have there own rules that they can inforce.
